Body Language Lying

Its commonly believed that every human character has shades of grey in him hence making him vulnerable to lies sometimes. Body Language Lying offers an in depth study of how to detect lies in the person's behaviour. People in their workplace communicate great deal of information to each other without speaking through the use of body language and particular facial expressions. Psychologists believe that Body language is nonverbal form of inter personal communication well personified through the help of gestures. A person's body movements conveys not only feelings but also emotions through facial expressions and if there are cases of body language lying. These body movements indicate whether a person is receptive, angry, distracted, or happy. Many signs of Lying Body Language are commonly interpreted for those individuals who sit in a slumped position and frown.

In case the person is lying his Physical expression will be limited with very few arm and hand movements thereby showing his tactful attitude. Also its important to note that Hand, arm and leg movement will generally be towards their own body as its commonly believed that the liar takes up less space while in conversation with others

Another important thing to note is the fact that a person who is lying will try to avoid any kind of eye- contact thereby revelling his inner motives since a direct eye contact would make that person aware of his cheap desires.

Body Language Gestures such as—Hands touching face, and throat also reveals the person's inner tension. Its important to note that touching or even scratching the nose and behind their ear is not regarded as a part of the normal etiquette.

Another way to get to know if that person is at the deceiving end or not is through the well consideration of timing and duration of conversation while at the same time making enough room for emotional gestures where one can easily display emotions. This kind display of emotion is looked as deceptive since there remains a cloud of doubt in them.
